We experienced a data breach

In 14.07.25 our business experienced a data breach that may involve personal information. One of our email accounts was accessed by an unknown third party potentially gaining unauthorised access to all the information contained in that email account.

We are taking this data breach very seriously as soon as we became aware we took immediate steps to secure the compromised account and engaged IT experts to commence an investigation. At this stage, we [our IT experts] are undertaking an investigation to determine the full scope of the data breach, including who has been affected and what type of personal information has been compromised, if any.

What you need to do:

If you are an existing or former client, we strongly advise that you are vigilant against the risk of scams. If you receive an email claiming to be our business, we advise you check the authenticity of the communication by verifying the email domain. We also advise you to ignore unexpected request for payments of invoices specially of these ask you pay into new bank accounts, and do not open attachments or links.

Our business value and respect the privacy of our clients, hence we are placing this notice to make you aware of the risks associated to this data breach. We have notified the Office of the Privacy Commissioner. If you are not happy with our response, you can contact OPC to lodge a complaint.
